1. Objet de l’Appel d’Offres
Dans le cadre de l’amélioration des conditions de circulation des biens et des personnes, le Ministre des Travaux Publics, Maître d’Ouvrage lance un Appel d’Offres National Ouvert (AONO), en procédure d’urgence pour l’exécution des travaux d’entretien de certaines routes en terre, dans la région de Sud-Ouest.
6. Participation et origine
La participation au présent appel d’offres est ouverte à égalité de conditions à toutes les entreprises ou Groupement d’Entreprises de Travaux Publics de droits camerounais catégorisés A, B et C à l’issue de la publication des résultats de la catégorisation des entreprises du sous-secteur d’activités « Route ».
12. Remise des offres
L’Offre devra être transmise par le soumissionnaire sur la plateforme Coleps au plus tard le 17/09/2026 à 11 heures.

Open National call for Tender No.057/AONO/MINTP/CIPM-TCRI/2026 of 16 July 2026 in emergency procedure for the execution of maintenance works on the following road sections: Eyumojock – Otou – Ekang – Frontière Nigéria (28,7 km) and Bissong Abang (Inter N6° - Ossing – Nguti – Inter N3 (54 km) in the Manyu Division, South-West region.
1. Subject of the Call for Tenders
As part of the improvement of conditions for the movement of people and goods, the Minister of Public Works, Project Owner, hereby issues an Open National Call for Tenders, in emergency procedure for the execution of maintenance works on some earth roads in the South-West Region.
6. Eligibiliy
Participation in this Call for Tenders shall be opened on equal conditions to all categories A, B and C public works contractors or consortia governed by Cameroon law, following results of the categorisation of contractors in the “road” sub-sector.
12. Submission of Tenders
Tenderers shall forward the bid through the COLEPS platform no later than 17/09/2026 at 11 a.m.
