FOR THE ACQUISITION AND INSTALLATION OF A 33KVA CATERPILLAR GENERATOR FOR THE OFFICE OF THE PUBLIC INDEPENDENT CONCILIATOR SOUTH WEST REGION (by emergency procedure, within the framework of the execution of the Budget of OPIC for the 2022 financial year
The service consists of the supply and installation of a 33KVA caterpillar generator to the Office of the Public Independent Conciliator
The total estimated cost of the project after preliminary studies is Forty-five million (45,000,000) FCFA
Participation in this invitation to tender is open to all dully registered Cameroonian companies, with proven expertise, technical and financial capacities
The supply which constitutes the subject of this invitation to tender shall be financed by the 2022 OPIC BUDGET. Budgetary Imputation; 524112

Regional Treasury) bearing the amount of Seventy thousand (70,000) FCFA. Such a receipt shall identify the concerned bidder.
Each bid drafted in English or French shall be signed by the bidder or by a duly authorized representative and presented in seven (07) copies including the original and six (06) copies marked as such. These shall be submitted in one sealed pack containing two (2) envelopes; (A: Administrative file, B: Technical/Financial file). The sealed pack shall bear

Each bidder must include in his administrative documents, a bid bond issued by a first-rate banking establishment approved by the Ministry in charge of Finance and whose list is found in document No. 12 bf the Tender File, and of an amount of Nine Hundred Thousand (900 000) CFA F which is valid for a period of Ninety (90) days beyond the datekof validity of bids.

The bids shall be opened in a single phase.The opening of administrative documents, the technical and financial bids will be 25/10/2022 at 1:00pm prompt
local time by the Office of the Public Independent Conciliator (OPIC-ITB) Internal Tender's Board in the conference hall.
Only bidders may attend or be represented by a mandated person.
i. Eliminatory criteria
They are especially:
- Absence or an inadequate bid bond;
- Deadline of execution more than the one prescribed in the tender file.
- False declaration or falsified or scanned documents;
- • Omission of a quantified item on the bill of quantities and cost estimates
- Enterprise with an abandoned contract or uncompleted project.
- Absence of technical sheet of the generator proposed by the contractor.
- Power of the Generator proposed by the contractor less than 33 KVA.
- Absence of Attestation of guarantee of six (06) mc,iths for that generator.
Non satisfaction of at least Seventy (70) % of the main qualification criteria

The Jobbing order shall be awarded to the lowest bidder whose bid is in conformity with the provisions of the tender file and on the basis of the lowest bid and technical quality, in accordance with article 99 of the public contracts code.
