•          RQ No. 5: REQUEST FOR QUOTATION N°: 004/RFQ/JC/JCITB/MINDDEVEL/PROLOG/NWR/2026 OF 09/9/2026 FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF SHULAV MBAI BOX CULVERT LINKING MBONGEE AND JAKIRI IN JAKIRI COUNCIL AREA IN BUI DIVISION OF THE NORTH WEST REGION IS RELAUNCHED

2. Reason for the relaunch

The relaunch concerns the above-mentioned request for quotation following reasons of insufficient bidders per request for quotation

3. Consultation and acquisition of tender documents

The Request for quotation may be consulted and obtained at the office of the mayor of Jakiri council, or PROLOG office in accordance with the conditions stipulated in the Request for Quotation documents.

4. Submission and opening of bids

5. Other provisions

All other provisions of the original Request for quotation that are not expressly modified by this addendum remain unchanged, subject to the applicable public procurement regulations.
