The works comprise the following:
- Cleaning,
- Grading and levelingof road platform Fill from borrow pit.
- Compaction of road platform
- Concieting of road
- Construction of gutters
- Cleaning of structures,
The estimated cost after preliminary studies is Twenty-seven million (27 000 000) FCFA all taxes
Participation is open to duly legalized Cameroonian enterprises or Companies that fulfil the requirements of this invitation to tender

The bids shall be opened in a single (01) phase on the 01/03/20230at 08 am local time by the Tender Board and of the Contracting Authority in Buea Council Office in the presence of the bidders or duly authorized representatives having full knowledge of the file (power of attorney).
The offers will be assessed following the criteria below:.
A. ELIMINATORY CRITERIA
The eliminatory criteria are identified as follows:
+ Non-conformity of an administrative file or failure to furnish a document after the deadline
48h after the deadline prescribed by the regulation;
- Execution time greater than that prescribed in the Tender that is 2 months
• False statement or Falsified documents in the Tender Files;
+ Omission in the financial offer of a quantified unit price
- ·:• Presence on ARMP's list of Enterprises which abandoned the execution of contracts;
- Technical marks less than 70%
- Absence of bid bond or non-conformed bid bond during bid opening session; B. ESSENTIAL CRITERIA: The criteria relating to the qualification of candidates could indicatively be the following:

The evaluation of the technical offers will be made according to the binary notation (Yes/No) on the basis of the essential points above in accordance with the RPAO, with a threshold of 70% for all the essential criteria taken into account.
The contract shall be awarded to the bidder with the least financial offer having the technical and administrative files which are in c 3nformity with the tender document/file
Bidders shall be bound by their bids for a period of ninety (90) days with effect from the date of opening of bids.
