REHABILITATION OF ROAD FROM BOCOM MILE 16 TO ETA'S PALACE RESIDENCE GREAT SOPPO
The works comprise the following:
- Cleaning.
- Grading and leveling of road platform
- Fill from borrow pit,
- Compaction of road platform
Concreting of road
- Construction of gutters
Cleaning_ of structures.
The estimated cost after preliminary studies is One hundred million (100 000 000) FCFA all taxes inclusive
Participation is open to duly legalized Cameroonian enterprises or Companies that fulfil the requirements of this invitation to tender.
Works which form the subject of this invitation to tender. shall be financed by Public Investment Budget of the 2023 financial year, budget head

The maximum execution deadline provided for by the Contracting Authority shall be as follows: Three (03) months
Each bidder must include in his/her administrative documents. a bid bond issued by a first‑ rate banking establishment approved by the Ministry in charge of finance and whose list is found in document No. 11 of the tender file, of an amount of Two million (2,000,000) Francs CFA and valid for Thirty (30) days beyond the date of validity of bids.

Each bidder must include in his/her administrative documents. a bid bond issued by a first‑ rate banking establishment approved by the Ministry in charge of finance and whose list is found in document No. 11 of the tender file, of an amount of Two million (2,000,000) Francs CFA and valid for Thirty (30) days beyond the date of validity of bids.
The eliminatory criteria are identified as follows:
v Non-conformity of an administrative file 48h after the deadline prescribed by the regulation;
- Execution time greater than that prescribed in the Tender that is 3 months

- ·:• Omission in the financial offer of a quantified unit price
v Presence on M1NMAP's list of Enterprises which abandoned the execution of contracts;
- Technical marks less than 70%

The contract shall be awarded to the bidder with the least financial offer having_ the technical and administrative files which are in conformity with the tender document/file.
