The bids shall be opened in one phase.

The opening of the administrative; Technical and Financial documents will hold on 12th September 2019 at 12 pm local time by the Tenders Board of the Upper-Plateau Contracting Authority in the conférence Hall of the SDO's Office of the upper plateau at Baham.

Only bidders may attend or be duly represented by a person of their choice.

The opening of the bid - opening session must bé donc not later than one hour afler the time - limit for the submission of bids as specified in the tender file
