Addendum in the preparation of Bids The Senior Divisional Officer for Menchum {Contracting Authority) TO ALL POTENTIAL BIDDERS OF TENDER FILES - N°.01/ONIT/E28/SEFA/DTBMCH/2019 of 20/08/2019, for construction of a block of two classrooms at GBHS Wum. - N° 02/ONIT/E28/SEFA/DTBMCH/2019 of 20/08/2019, for construction of a block of two classrooms at GTHS Weh. - N°.03/ONIT/E28/SEFA/DTBMCH/2019 of  20/08/2019, for construction of a block of two classrooms at GTC Befang. Following the socio-political crisis affecting the North West and South West Regions and in compliance with point 30 of Circular letter N° 001/CAB/PR of 19th June 2012, relating to the award and control of the execution of public contracts and articles 10 and 22 of the General Rules of the Invitation to tender for works and local supply projects instituted by Prime Ministerial Decision No 038/CAB/PM of 15th May 2014, bearing on the model of Tender file for Public Contracts in Cameroon, I hereby modify some points of the tender file to read as follows: - As concern point 11 of the Tender Notice on the submission of Bids, they shall be submitted on the 25th of September 2019 at 10.00 am prompt and not on the 11th of September 2019. - As concern point 13 of the Tender Notice on the opening of Bids, it shall take place on the same date as mentioned above at 11.00 am prompt.
