1.Objet New(Additif)

Within the framework of the 2023 Public Investment Budget, the Lord Mayor of Limbe II Council
on behalf of the Minister of Basic Education hereby launches an Open National Invitation to
Tender by Emergency Procedure FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A BLOCK OF TWO
CLASSROOMS AT G.P.S MOKUNDANGE, LIMBE II COUNCIL.

2.Consistance des prestations New(Additif)

The works comprise the outcome of the preliminary studies carried out and the detailed information provided in the technical specifications.

3.Cout Prévisionnel New(Additif)
  1.            The estimated costs after preliminary study is 20 000 000 (Twenty Million) FCFA .
4.Participation et origine New(Additif)

The tender is open to duly legalized Cameroonian enterprises that fulfill the requirements of this invitation to tender.

5.Financement New(Additif)

The works which form the subject of this invitation to tender shall be financed by Council PIB of the 2023 financial year; Budget Head No 57 15 102 01 641931 523314 426

6.Consultation du Dossier New(Additif)

Interested eligible bidders may consult the tender files during working hours 7:30 am — 3:30pth as from the date of publication of this tender notice, at the Limbe II Council

7.Acquisition du Dossier New(Additif)

The complete tender file may be obtained from the Limbe II Council upon presentation of a treasury receipt attesting to the payment of a nonrefundable sum of 40,000 (Forty Thousand) FCFA at the Limbe II Municipal Treasury. (7:30am to 3:30pm)

8.Remises des offres New(Additif)

marked as such, should reach the private secretariat of the Mayor's Office Limbe II

Council latest on 07/03/2023 at 9:00am local time and labeled.

-          Envelope A : Administrative Document;

-          Envelope B : Technical Document ; Envelope C : Financial Document.

NB: These three (03) envelopes shall be put in the fourth envelope and shall be the only one to have the label mentioned below

10.Cautionnement Provisoire New(Additif)

Each bidder must include in his/her administrative documents a bid bond issued by a first rate bank approved by the Ministry in charge of finance and recognized by COBAC (Commission Bancaire pour l'Afrique Centrale) featuring on the list in Document 12 of this tender file of an amount of 400 000 (Four Hundred thousand) FCFA.

NB: It is set at 2 % of the estimated amount, all taxes inclusive, and with a validity period of ninety (90) days from the date the bids are opened.

The bids shall be opened in a single (01) phase on 07/03/2023` AT 10:00 am local time by the Limbe II Council Internal Tender Board in the conference hall oil the Limbe II Council. Only bidders may attend or their duly accredited representatives with Pow4riof Attorney.

Bidders shall be bound by their bids for a validity period df 90 (ninety) days with effect from the date of opening of bids.
