The bids shall be opened in single (01) phaseon 24/02/2023 at 11 AM local time by the Tender Board of the Delegated Contracting authority in the Conference Hall of Wabane Council, in the presence of the bidders or duly authorized representatives having full knowledge of thefile.

Bid shall be rejected when:

v  lack bid security

v  Non conformity of administrative documents 48hrs after opening ofbids

v  Absence of unitprices

v  Falsified or fraudulent documents

v  Technical score less than70%

1. MAIN QUALIFICATIONCRITERIA:

v  General Presentation in conformity with the models of thisbid

v  Done projects Totaling 150 million FCFA during the past 3years

v  Access to credit or other financial sources

v  Has done similar jobbefore

v  Availability of material and essentialequipment

v  supervisory staff with at least 3-5 years experience in the construction of electrical power distribution networks

The non-respect of any of the above criteria shall cause the elimination of the bid.

Bidders shall be bound by their bids for a period of 90 (ninety) days with effect from the date of opening of bids.
