Within the framework of implementing the activities related to 2023 Public Investment Budget allocated to Menji Council, the mayor of Menji council hereby launches an Open National Invitation to Tender for the SUPPLY OF A GRADER TO MENJI COUNCIL
The services related to this contract shall comprise the Tender for the Supply of a Grader to Menji council as described in the technical specifications given below.
The estimated cost of this tender is: FCFA 100,000,000 (one hundred million).
Participation in this invitation to tender is open to duly legalized Cameroonian based enterprises that are licensed in the supply of heavy-duty vehicles and which fulfil the requirements of this invitation to tender
The supplies which are subject of this invitation to tender shall be financed by the 2023 Public Investment Budget of the Ministry of decentralisation and local development allocated to Menji council. IY03532 IMPUTATION NO 57 27 641917 524415

Each bid drafted in English or French in seven (07) copies comprising one (01) original and six (06) copies marked as such, should reach the Menji council office (General Secretariat) against a receipt not later than 16/03/2023 at 10.00 a.m. and labelled as follows:

The maximum deadline provided for the delivery of the various items that are subject of this tender is fixed at 04 (Four) months. The loader shall be delivered at Menji council office
Each bidder must include in his administrative documents a bid bond issued by a first-rate banking/insurance establishment approved by the Ministry in charge of finance and whose list is found in document N° 12 of the Tender File and valid for thirty (30) days beyond the date of validity of bids amounting to FCFA 2,000,000 (two million francs).
Each bid drafted in English or French in seven (07) copies comprising one (01) original and six (06) copies marked as such, should reach the Menji council office (General Secretariat) against a receipt not later than 16/03/2023 at 10.00 a.m. and labelled as follows:

The bids shall be opened in a single phase on 16/03/2023 at 11a.m. local time in the Conference Hall, at the Menji council office by the Menji council internal tenders board. Only bidders may attend or be represented by a duly mandated person.

- Absence of a bid bond;
- Absence or non-conformity of an administrative document within 48hours after bids opening;
- False declaration or falsified document;
- Non-compliance with at least 80% of the minor technical specifications of the equipment;
- Absence of quantified unit price;

The contract shall be awarded to the bidder whose administrative bid shall be up-to-date, technical bid judged satisfactory and who shall be the lowest financial bidder.
Bidders shall be bound by their bids for a period of 90 (ninety) days effective from the date of opening of bids.
