The General Manager of the Cameroon Development Corporation launches an Open National Invitation to Tender No. 009/CDC/TSD/ITB/16 for the Supply of Tyres and tubes to the Cameroon Development Corporation.

The nature of the services involves the handiing, transportation and Supply of Tyres and tubes as specified in the Technical Specifications as per the following lots;

       Lot one: Supply of lyres and tubes for heavy equipment

       Lot two: Supply of Lyres and tubes for heavy vehicles

       Lot three: Supply of Lyres and tubes for light vehicles

1. The estimated budget for the supplies is as follows;

Lot one: Supply of tyres and tubes for heavy equipment

Lot two: Supply of tyres and tubes for heavy vehicles

Lot three: Supply of tyres and tubes for light vehicles

This invitation to Tender is open to Enterprises which have experience in the supply of the above.

The Supplies of the above shall be financed by the CDC 2016 Budget.

Interested Bidders can consult the tender documents at the General Manager's Office (Room 208) during working hours (7.30 a.m to 4 p.m) Mondays to Fridays as from the  25/05/2016.

Bidders can collect complete tender documents from the General Manager's office (Room 208) during working hours (7.30 am to 4pm) every Mondays to Fridays as from the 25/5/2016 upon the payment of a non-refundable sum of 105,000 FCFA for the Tender to ARMP Special Account No. 335 98800001­89 with BICEC.

Complete offers written in either English or French and in Seven (7) copies (One Original and Six (6) Copies) sealed in an envelope shah' be deposited at the General Manager's Office (Room 314) on or before the 1/7/2016 at 1.00 pm local time.

The sealed envelope should carry the inscription:

"To be opened only during the bid-opening session"

All deliveries shall be done at the Corporation's Supplies Department, CDC Tiko. The duration of execution shall not exceed Sixty (60) Days after the notification of the Administrative orders to commence supplies.

Bidders shall provide Bid Bonds issued by a Commercial Bank or Financial Institution authorised to issue Bid Bonds for Public Contracts as per the list in Doc. 11 as follows;

The Bid Bonds shall have a validity of 120 days from the date the bids are opened.

Bids that do not conform with this invitation to tender and the tender documents shall be rejected.

Bidders shall provide Bid Bonds issued by a Commercial Bank or Financial Institution authorised to issue Bid Bonds for Public Contracts as per the list in Doc. 11 as follows;

The Bid Bonds shall have a validity of 120 days from the date the bids are opened.

Bids that do not conform with this invitation to tender and the tender documents shah' be rejected

The Bid Opening Session shall take place at the Internai Tenders Board Office opposite CDC Head Office Bota — Limbe on the 01/07/2016 at 2.00 pm local time in the presence of the Bidders or their duly mandated representatives. Only one Representative per bidder shall be allowed in the opening session.

Bids shall be rejected when:

• There is absence of an Administrative document.
• Incomplete Technical/Financial Offers.
• They have falsified documents or false declarations

  a	- Turnover of at least 5 million FCFA (to be justified either by the Business License or Audited Accounts)
  b	- Ability to pre-finance from a Commercial Bank
  c	- Delivery period shall not exceed sixty (60) days
  d	- Supplier's references (1 justified reference for similar supplies of Public Contracts) valued at 10% of the bidders financial offer. To be justified by the first and last pages of the signed contract/jobbing order, reception certificate and or proof of payment.

 NB: The non-respect of any of the above criteria shall resuit to the elimination of the offer.

This invitation to tender is divided into lots and a bidder can win more than one lot

Bidders shall remain committed to their offers for a period of NINETY (90) Days from the date of bid opening.
