The said supplies shall be funded by the Public Investment Budget (FIB) of the Ministry of Secondary Education the 2023 financial year assigned to the Principal of GTHS Kumba - Delegated Authorizing officers. With

4.Participation et origine New(Additif)

Participation in this invitation is open to registered qualified contractors based in Cameroon with financial ability, technical and professional expertise in domain of supplies, who are capable of realizing within the contractual deadline.

5.Financement New(Additif)

The said supplies shall be funded by the Public Investment Budget (FIB) of the Ministry of Secondary Education the 2023 financial year assigned to the Principal of GTHS Kumba - Delegated Authorizing officers. With budget Head N^°

The Consultation file shall be acquired from the Senior Divisional office Meme, Telephone N° 233 354 221,s soon as this notice is published upon presentation of Treasury receipt Against payment of a non- refundable of Fifty Thousand (50 000) francs CFA at the Divisional Treasury Kumba. The receipt shall carry the name of the company.

11.Ouverture des Plis New(Additif)

The Opening of the bids in one phase shall be done on 9th March 2023 at 11.00 AM in the Conference hall of the Senior Divisional Officer's Office Meme by the Tenders' board. Only bidders may attend or be a presented by duly mandated persons of their choice.

The bids shall be evaluated exclusive on all taxes inclusive and accompanied by a signed model of submission.

12.Durée Validité des Offres New(Additif)

Bidders shall remain committed to their offers for 60 days from the deadline set for the submission of tenders.
