the services which form the subject of this invitation to tender shall be financed by the 'Llublic Investment Budget of the 2023 financier year; Budget Head

The Tender File may be obtained from the office of the Mayor Toko Council (service of Public Contracts) Tel: 671 58 65 09 as soon as this notice is published upon presentation of a treasury receipt attesting to the payment of a non-refundable sum of 20,000 FCFA payable at the Toko Council Treasury.

1. Each bid drafted in English or French in seven (07) copies Including the original and six (06) copies marked as such, should reach the office of the Mayor of Toko Council not later than 21-03-2023 at 10 a.m. local time and should be in three different envelopes marked as:

          Envelope C: Financial Offer

the maximum period provided for the execution of the works is fixed at three (03) months

Each bidder must include in his/her administrative documents a bid bond issued by a first- rate bank approved by the Ministry in charge of finance featuring on the list in Document 10 of the tender file of an amount of 260,000 FCFA with a validity period of thirty (30) days from the date the bids are opened

The bids shall be opened in one (01) phase: CONSTRUCTION OF TWO (02) BOX CULVERTS OF (3.0X2) AT: MATONGO SPRING AND MACHAKANI SPRING (Babiabanga - Tombe road): on 21-03-2023 at 11 am prompt local time at the Conference Hall of Toko Council, in the presence of the bidders or duly authorized representatives having full knowledge of the file (power of attorney).
