Within the framework of the 2023 Public Investment Budget, The Mayor of Toko Council, Contracting Authority, hereby launches an Open National Invitation to ender for the CONSTRUCTION OF TWO BOX CULVERTS IN TOKO COUNCIL AREA

The works comprise the outcome of the preliminary studies carried out and the detailed ,nformation provided in the technical specifications.

The estimated cost after preliminary studies is 13,000,000 FCFA

Participation is opened to duly legalize Cameroonian enterprises that fulfill the requirements of this invitation to tender.

including the original and six (06) copies marked as such, should reach the office of the Mayor of Toko Council not later than 21-03-2023 at 10 a.m. local time and should be in hree different envelopes marked as:

The maximum period provided for the execution of the works is fixed at three (03) months.

Each bidder must include in his/her administrative documents a bid bond issued by a first- rate bank approved by the Ministry in charge of finance featuring on the list in document 10 of the tender file of an amount of 260,000 FCFA with a validity period of irty (30) days from the date the bids are opened.

Under penalty of rejection, the required administrative documents must be imperatively

produced as original documents or certified true copies es authentic by the issuing authority or Administrative authorities (Senior Divisional Officer, Divisional Officer etc ) of the original documents required, in accordance with the Special Regulations of the invitation to tender, they must not be more than three (03) months old.

Any bid not in compliance with the specifications of this notice and file tender shall be c I a rr ci inadmissible. Notably, the absence of the bid bond issued by a first - rate bank ,pproved by the Ministry in charge of finance or its non-compliance with the model documents of the tender file shall lead to outright rejection of the bid without any oossibility of appeal.

The non-respect of two (02) of the above criteria shall cause the elimination/rejection of the bid.

The contract shall be awarded to the contractor fulfilling the technical and financial

conditions. (Least financial offer)

Bidders shall be bound by their bids for a period of ninety (90) day. with effect from the

date of opening of bids.
