The maximum period provided for the execution of the works is fixed at three (03) months
Each bidder must include in his/her administrative documents a bid bond issued by a first- rate bank approved by the Ministry in charge of finance featuring on the list in Document 10 of the tender file of an amount of 390,000 FCFA with a validity period of thirty (30) days from the date the bids are opened.

v Satisfaction of the main qualification criteria (100% in the Administrative File and at least 75% of the Technical Offer)
- Quantified unit price
- Respect of the model documents
