lunches an Open National Invitation to Tender for the PURCHASE AND SUPPLY OF A 20 TON DUMP TRUCK FOR TOKO COUNCIL, Ndian Division of the South West Region.

Within the works comprise the outcome of the preliminary studies carried out and the detailed information

provided in the technical specifications

Participation to this invitation is open to registered qualified Contractors of Cameroonian Nationalily

its financial ability, technical and professional expertise in supply of services.

• Suplies, subject of this present Open National Invitation to Tender, shall he financed by

The Tender File may be obtained from the office of the Mayor Toko Council (service of Public Contracts) as soon as this notice is published upon presentation of a treasury receipt attesting to the ^,ayment of a non-refundable sum of one hundred thousand (100 000) FCFA, payable at the ^-oko Council Treasury. The maximum period provided for the execution of the works is fixed at two (02) months

Each bidder must include in his administrative documents, a bid bond issued by a first-rate banking

Aablishment approved by the Ministry in charge of finance and whose list is found in )ocument N° 12 of this Invitation to Tender, of an amount of two million (2 000 000) FCFA with a validity period of thirty (30) days from the date the bids are opened.

The bids shall be opened in one (01) lot: The opening of the Administrative Offers (ENVELOPE). re Technical Offers (ENVELOPE B) and Financial Offer (Envelope C) on the 07-03-2023 at 11:00 ..m Local time by the Toko Council Internal Tender's Board at the conference hall of TOKO Council, in the presence of the bidders or their mandated representatives with full knowledge of the tiles if they so desire.

The bids will he evaluated exclusively of value added tax (VAT) and all taxes inclusive (ATI) and companied by a signed model submission.
