The bids shall be opened in single phase. The opening of the administrative documents; the technical and .financial offers shall take place on24/03/2023 at eleven ( ) o'clock by the Tenders Board attached to the Contracting Authority in the Toko Council office hall, and only bidders may attend or he duly represented by a person of their choice.
The main relative criteria to the elimination of the offers of the candidates are defined like below: - The lack of provisional hid bond:
- False declaration or fake pieces;
- Incomplete financial bid;
Under pain of rejection, the administrative documents required. must be produced in originals or copies in accordance with the tipecial Conditions of the invitation to tender. They must not be older three months preceding the original date of submission of bids (3) months or must not have :teen established after the signing of the tender notice. In case of absence or non conformity of administrative document during the opening of bids, a delay of 48 hours is accorded to the tender concern to produce or replace the document in question. However, the absence of the tender backing luring the opening of bids entails the rejection of offer
The Contracting authority will assign the Contract to the Tenderer whose offer has been recognized compliant for the essential to the File of call of offers and that arranges requisite technical and financial capacities to execute the Contract in a satisfactory way and whose offer has been valued least saying while including the proposed discounts if the case arises.
Bidders will remain committed to their offers for 90 days from the deadline set for the submission of tenders.
