Within the framework of the 2023 Public Investment Budget, The Mayor of Toko Council, Contracting Authority, hereby launches an Open National Invitation to Tender for the FOR THE REHABILITATION OF INTEGRATED HEALTH CENTER AT TOKO NGOLO IN TOKO COUNCIL AREA
The works comprise the outcome of the preliminary studies carried out and the detailed information provided in the technical specifications.
The estimated cost after preliminary studies is thirteen million five hundred thousand (13,500,000) FCFA
Participation is opened to duly legalize Cameroonian enterprises that fulfill the requirements of tis invitation to tender.
The services which form the subject of this Invitation to tender shall he financed by the Public

Each bidder must include in his/her administrative documents a bid bond issued by a first- rate hank approved by the Ministry in charge of finance featuring on the list in Document 10 of theTender file of an amount of 270,000 FCFA with a validity period of thirty (30) days from the date the bids are opened.

A bid shall be rejected on conditions of:
Absence of bid bond in administrative document. The bidder shall be given a date line of 48
hours to provide the hid bond, failure shall lead to the rejection of the bids Non conformity of administrative documents
A technical score of less than 70% Absence of quantified unit price
Does not respect the model documents
Absence of attestation of site visit signed by the Mayor of TOKO Council False declaration or forged document
+ Antecedents of abandoned or uncompleted contract or pending disputes ii. Main qualification criteria:
The criteria for qualification of candidates should be on the following;
- Access to credit or other financial sources (2,5 million francs at least) Yes / No

v Availability of material and essential equipment Yes / No
+ supervisory staff with at least five years' experience in

The non-respect of two (02) of the above criteria shall cause the elimination/rejection of the bid.
