National Invitation to tender for the supply of oil palm Harvesting Tools for Pamol Plantations Plc
The services of this contract comprise notably: (supply of tools, transportation, handling, setting up and acceptance, as specified in the technical specifications
The estimated cost after preliminary studies is =21.840.000 FCFA TTC = (Twenty-One Million Eight Hundred and Forty T) Francs CFA.TTC
The supplies shall be in a single lot defined as follows:
Supply of Harvesting Tools for Ndian and Lobe Estate = 21.840.000 FCFA TTC (Twenty-One Million Eight Hundred and Forty Thousand Francs CFA) TTC
Participation in this invitation to tender is open to enterprises with experience in the supply of these tools
The Supply which comprise the subject of this invitation to tender shall be financed by PAMOL budget 2023.
The file may be consulted during working hours (7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.) at the General Manager's Secretariat as soon as this notice is published
The file may be obtained from the General Manager's Secretariat as soon as this notice is published upon payment of a non-refundable sum of 26.000 (Twenty-six Thousand) Francs CFA, payable for the Tender File to ARMP special account No 335 988 0000189 with BICEC.
Each bid drafted in English or French in seven (7) copies including the original and six
(6) copies marked as such, should reach the General Manager's secretariat not later than 14/04/2023 at 11:00 am local time, and should carry the inscription
The maximum deadline provided for the delivery of the supplies comprising the subject of this invitation to tender is 90 days from the date of notification of service order to commence
Each bidder must include in his administrative documents , a bid bond issued by a first-rate banking establishment approved by the Ministry in charge of finance and whose list is found in document N° 12 of the Tender file, of an amount of 1,400,000 in francs CFA.

(6) copies marked as such, should reach the General Manager's secretariat not later than 14/04/2023 at 11:00 am local time, and should carry the inscription
The bids shall be opened in a single phase on 14/04/2023 at 12:00 noon, local time by the Pamol Internal Tenders Board situated at Pamol Limbe office.
Only bidders may attend or be represented by a duly mandated person
1 Eliminatory criteria:
Bids shall be rejected when:
- Absence of bid bond.
- They do not have complete and valid administrative documents,
- They do not have complete Technical / Financial Offers ,
- They do not conform to the Technical specifications
- They do not falsified documents
- They do not show proof of experience in the supply of these materials.
- They do not meet at least four out of five of the essentials criteria
- Absence of quantity unit price
- Non —compliance with the Tender Notice.
- Absence of prospectus accompanied by Technical specification
- Absence of agreement or authorization from manufacturer where applicable.
