Within the framework of the 2023 National Investment Budget, the mayor of Maroua 2 council (Contracting Authority) hereby launches for MAROUA II MAYOR AN OPEN NATIONAL INVITATION TO TENDER FOLLOWING KMERGENCY PROCEDURE, FOR THE REHABILITATION lOF THE FOUNANGUE HOSPITAL MAROA II, in MAROUA 11 Council. DIAMAREDIVISION, FAR-NORTH REGION.

TheWorks, which form the subjeci of this open national invitation to tender. shall consist in the construction of two classrooms in Government Primary School, in MAROUA II Council.
The services of this contract include:
> Prcliminary work;
> Masonry from the foundation and walls;
> Roof and ceiling works ;
> Metal joinery:
> Electrical works;
> Painting;
> Road and utilities.

The criteria relating to the qualification ofbiddersare thefoiiowing:
- Financial capacity (access to crédit orany other financial resources, turnover, Provisional guarantee) yes/no;
References of the enterprise (generally or previous experience on similar projects complexîty cost ) executed within the last (03) three years Yes/no;
- Expérience arid qualification of the supervisory staff yes/no;
- Methodology and job planning .yes/no;
- The avallability of nialerials and other essentiais equipment's........^ yes/no;
-Running Capital (transactions for 2021 year) and expectation for 2022 .yes/no;
- Technical report of the site visit yes/no.
These criteria are further divided into 49 sub criteria in such a case that only bidders who wiU bave obtained 34 YES over49 in technical score shal) be admitted to the financial analysis.

The Divisional Delegate of the Ministry of Publics Contracts (Contracting Authority) shall award the tender to the lowest bidder, whose technical and financial file conform with the tender documents in accordance with the provisions of article 6 of page 30 through 34 of the régulations governing the tender showing the technical évaluation of bids.

The bidders remain legally engaged by virtue of their tender for a period of ninety (90) from the deadiine set for the submission of their bids.
