The project is details as follows:

The works comprise the output of the preliminary studies carried out and the detailed information provided in the technical specifications and the quantitative estimates. These includes -geophysical prospection

-Mobilization and site installation.

-Development and test of the flow rate --Elevation of the storage tank. -putting in function of the Structure.

The tender is open to duly registered Cameroonian Enterprises that fulfill the requirements of this invitation to tender

Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information during working hours as from the date of publication of this tender notice, at the ALOU COUNCIL OFFICE ,Tel: 677 839 236 or Divisional Delegation of Public Contracts Lebialem ,Regional Delegation of Public Contracts South West, ARMP Buea

The complete tender file may be obtained from the Secretariat of Alou council upon presentation of a treasury receipt attesting to the payment' of a non-refundable sum of 20 000 FCFA, for the lot at the Alou Council Treasury

Each bid drafted in English or French in seven (07) copies including the one (01) original and six (01) copies marked as such, should reach the General Secretariat of Alou Council in Alou, not later than the 28/03/2023 at 9:30am. Local time and labeled

The maximum period provided for the execution of the works is fixed at three (3) months.

Each bidder must include in his/her administrative documents a bid bond issued by a first rate bank approved by the Ministry in charge of finance and recognized by COBAC (Commission Bangaire pour l'Afrique Centrale) featuring on the list in Document 12 of the tender file of an amount of 160 000 FCFA. For this lot with a validity period of Thirty (30) days from the date the bids are opened.

Under penalty of rejection, the required administrative documents must be imperatively produced as original documents or photocopies certified as authentic by the issuing authority, in accordance with the Special Regulations of the Invitation to Tender, within the last three months, otherwise they shall not be accepted.

Any bid not in compliance with the specifications of this tender notice and file shall be declared inadmissible. Notably, the absence of the bid bond issued by a first rate bank approved by the Ministry in charge of finance or its non-compliance with the model documents of the

The bids shall be opened in single (01) phase on 28/03/2023 at 10:00 O'clock local time by the Alou Council Tender Board in the Conference Hall of Alou Council in the presence of the bidders or duly authorized representatives having full knowledge of the file.

Bid shall be rejected when the following are absent:

• The lack of bid security
• False declaration or forged Administrative documents Tender documents deposited after deadline and after 9:30am Absence of quantified unit price
• Technical score less than 70%

REFERENCE OF PRICES AND ATTRIBUTION

Evaluation of prices will be done considering the amount without tax and the contract will be awarded to the lowest bidder after correction.14

Bidders shall be bound by their bids for a period of 90 (ninety) days with effect from the date of opening of bids.
