Within the framework of the Public Investment Budget 2023, the Mayor of Alou council, Delegated Contracting Authority, hereby launches an Open Naticcnal Invitation to Tender (Emergency Procedure) REHABILITATION OF A BLOCK OF TWO CLASSROOMS AT GS NDUNG-WANGONG, ALOU SUB DIVISION, LEBIALEM DIVISION.

The works comprise the output of the preliminary studies carried out and the detailed information provide in the technical specifications and the quantitative estimates.

The works which form the subject of this invitation to tender shall be financed by PublicInvest Budget of the 2023 financial year; budget heat: 57151020164190452314 Amount of the project 7,950,000fcfa.

The tender is open to duly legalized Cameroonian enterprises that fulfill the requirements of this invitation to tender.

The maximum period provided for the execution of the works is fixed at Three (03) months.

Each bidder must include in his/her administrative documents a bid bond issued by a first rate bank approved by the Ministry in charge of finance and recognized by COBAC (Commission Bancaire pour l'Afrique Centrale) featuring on the list in Document 12 of the tender file of an amount of 159,000 FCFA for each lot with a validity period of ninety (90) days from the date the bid is opened.

The bids shall be opened in single (01) phase on 28/03/2023 at 10:00am .local time by the Tender Board of the Delegated Contracting authority in the Conference Hall of Alou council, in the presence of the bidders or duly authorized representatives having full knowledge of the file.

Bid shall be rejected when:

 Drinking water supply schemes transport and distribution lines                                                                                            Yes / No

The non-respect of at least any 2 criteria shall cause the elimination of the bid.

Bidders shall be bound by their bids for a period of 90 (ninety) days with effect from the date of opening of bids.
