SUBJECT: EXTENSION OF DATE FOR THESUBMISSION OFBIDS FOR TENDER N° 011,0I2,0I3/ONIT/CDENO/CITB/2019 OF 27/9/2019 FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF CDENO MAIN OFFICE PHASE II, TWO BREEDERS LA YER HOUSES AND 5 CATTLE DRINKING WA TEH POINTS RESPECTIVELY. The Administrative Director of the North West Livestock Development Fund (CDENO) hereby inform Bidders and those interested for the above mentioned tenders that the latest date for the submission of bids has been extended to Thursday 24/10/2019 at 11:00am and opening of these tenders shall proceed at 12:00 noon on the same day. This is taking into account the fact that activities in the region were paralyzed for one week immediately these tenders were launched. While counting on your understanding, accept my regards

	Au lieu de ... Each bid written in English or French shall be signed by the bidder or by a duly authorized representative and presented in Seven (7) sets (01 original and 06 copies) marked as such. These shall be submitted in one sealed pack containing three (3) envelopes that is. A: Administrative Documents, B: Technical file and C: Financial file. The sealed pack shall bear no information on the enterprise and should reach CDENO main office. Service of contracts, door No. 01 not later than 17 OCT 2019 at 11.00 am and note should be taken that in case of any ambiguities or differences during opening, only the original shall be considered authentic The sealed pack (outer envelope) shall bear the following inscriptions: « OPEN NATIONAL INVITATION TO TENDER NO. 012 /ONIT/CDENO/CITB/2019 OF 27/09/2019 FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF TWO BLOCKS OF BREEDER HOUSES FOR LAYERS AT THE BALI MEAT SCHEME IN BALI SUB DIVISION, MEZAM DIVISION, NORTH WEST REGION BY EMERGENCY PROCEDURE (To be opened only during bids opening session)
