Tne preliminary works to be done is estimated at the cost of 20,000,000 (Twenty million) FCFA.
The tender is open to duly legalized Cameroonian enterprises that fulfill the requirements of this invitation to tender.
The works which form the subject of this invitation to tender shall be financed by Public

The maximum period provided for the execution of the works is fixed at three (03) months.
Each bidder must include in his/her administrative documents a bid bond issued by a first‑
rate bank approved by the Ministry in charge of finance featuring on the list in Document 10 of the tender file of an amount of 500,000 FCFA with a validity period of thirty (30) days from the date the bids are opened.

The bids shall be opened in single (01) phase on 06 /04/2023 at 11:00 A.M local time by the Tender Board of the Contracting Authority at the Mundemba Council conference hall, in the presence of the bidders or duly authorized representatives having full knowledge of the file (power of attorney).
- 11. main eliminatory criteria:
A bid shall be evaluated on conditions of:
• Bid bond in administrative document (Absence shall lead to outright rejection of the bid)
• Satisfaction of the main qualification criteria (100% in the Administrative File and at least 75% of the Technical Offer)
• Quantified unit price
• Respect of the model documents
• Declaration of false information
. Fake or forged document
ii. Main qualification criteria:
The criteria for qualification of candidates should be on the following;
- Access to credit or other financial sources (10 million francs at least) Yes/No
- Has done similar jobs before with reference Yes/No
- Acceptable methodology Yes/No
- Availability of material and essential equipment Yes/No
- Supervisory staff with at least five years' experience in Construction works Yes/No
- Turn over as in business license above or equal to 10 million francs Yes/No
- Qualified personnel relevant to the job Yes/No
The non-respect of two (02) of the above criteria shall cause the elimination/rejection of the bid.
The contract shall be awarded to the contractor fulfilling the technical and financial conditions. (Least financial offer).
Bidders shall be bound by their bids for a period of 90 (ninety) days with effect from the date of opening of bids.
