The Lord Mayor of Misaje Council, Contracting Authority hereby launches a Request for Quotation for the Supply of Medical equipment to Some Integrated Health Centres in Misaje Council Area divided into two (02) lots

The services of this request for quotation include the supply of items described in the bill of quantities and cost estimates below

The supplies are divided into 2 lots as follows:

Participation to this consultation is open to Small and Medium Size Enterprises with proven experience in this domain.

Supplies which form the subject of this Request for Quotation shall be financed by the 2023 Public Investment Budget of the Ministry of Health

The Tender file could be consulted at Misaje Council, (Mayor’s Secretariat) on publication of this invitation to Tender

The file may be consulted and obtained at the Misaje Council, Mayor’s Secretariat with effect from the date of signature of this Tender Notice upon presentation of a receipt attesting to the payment of a non-refundable sum of 32,000 (Francs CFA thirty  two thousand Francs) into the Misaje Council Treasury, representing the cost of purchasing the tender file. 

Complete bidders’ files, including all administrative documents, must be deposited in 07 copies including the original file and 06 copies on the 28/03/2023 at 10:00am local time in sealed envelopes, in the Mayors’ Secretariat  caring the following inscription

« CONSULTATION N°001/RQ/NWR/DMD/MC/MCITB/ 2023 of 06/03/2023 FOR THE Supply of medical equipment to ABENG and AKWETO integrated health centers

To be opened only during the Tenders Board Opening session ».

The dead line of execution is Sixty (60) days from the date of notification for this Jobbing Order to begin

          Each bidder must include in his Administrative Documents, a bid bond issued by a first-rate banking establishment approved by the Ministry in charge of Finance and whose list is found in this Consultation File, of an amount 160,000 CFA (one Hundred and sixty thousand) for each lot

Bids will be opened on the 28/03/2023 at 11:00 AM in the conference hall of the Misaje Council, by the Tender’s Board members, in the presence of the bidders or their mandated representatives with full knowledge of the files if they so desire.
