Within the framework of the Public Investment Budget 2023 The Mayor of IDABATO Council, Contracting Authority hereby launches an Open National Invitation to Tender for the FOR THE PROVISION OF RAIN HARVESTING SYSTEM FOR POTABLE WATER AT IDABATO II.
The works comprise in a nutshell:
ü Construction of collection of rain water
ü Concrete works
ü Roofing
ü Earth works

The total estimated cost for this project is Fourty Four million Seven Hundred and Ten Thousand francs (44 710 000) FCFA.
The tender is open to duly legalized Cameroonian enterprises that fulfill the requirements of this invitation to tender.

The maximum period provided for the execution of the works is fixed at three (03) months.
Each bidder must include in his /her administrative documents a bid bond issued by a first rate bank approved by the ministry in charge of finance and recognized by COBAC. (Commission Bancaire pour l' Afrique Centrale) featuring on the list in Document 12 of the tender file of an amount of Eight Hundred Ninety Four Thousand Two Hundred (894 200) CFAF with a validity period of ninety (90) days from the date the bid are opened.

The bid shall be opened in a single (01) phase. The opening of the administrative/ technical files shall take place on 15/4/2023 at 1:00 pm local time by the tender Board of the contracting Authority in the Idabato Council Conference Hall, in the presence of the bidders or duly authorized representatives having full knowledge of the file (power of attorney). Only financial bids of bidders who have scored at leas 70% in the first phase shall be opened at a later date.

The contract should be awarded to the contractor presenting the best administrative and technical files.
