-    Mindful of Arrêté NO 018/A/MINMAP of 11 November 2013, creating the Special Tenders’ Board for the LIFIDEP.
-    Mindful of Decision  NO 00348/D/MINEPIA/SG/DAG of 25 June 2014 appointing Key Staff of the LIFIDEP
-    Mindful of Arrêté NO 464/A/MINMAP of 5 December 2016, completing and modifying certain articles of Arrêté NO 018/A/MINMAP of 11 November 2013 creating the Special Tenders’ Board for the LIFIDEP.
-    Mindful of the General Procurement Notice of the LIFIDEP of 10 January 2014.
-    Mindful of decree NO 2018/366 of 20/6/2018 instituting the  Public Contracts Code
-    Mindful of Consultation Notice NO 028/RFQ/LIFIDEP/STB/2018  of 22/11/2018 for the supply of equipment for the Livestock Market Information System (LMIS)for the Livestock and Fisheries Development Project (LIFIDEP) in three (03) lots
-    Mindful of letter of letter No 88 /LIFIDEP-NW/ 10 /1 of 14/1/2019 from chairman of the LIFIDEP Special Tenders’ board recommending the awards of  the three lots
-    Mindful of non-objection letter NO RHA/LIFIDEP/CAMEROON/VOL6.1/0702/2019 of the Islamic Development Bank(IsDB) of 7 February 2019 for the award of  contracts for the supply of equipment for the Livestock Market Information System(LMIS)
