Within the framework of the Public Investment Budget 2023, the Lord Mayor of Tombel Council, contracting authority, hereby launches an Open National Invitation to Tender on behalf of the Ministry of Basic Education Project Owner, For Equipment Of Gbps Tombel (120 Desks And 04 Offices Tables And Chair For Teachers), Gs Kupe (50 Desks) In Tombel- Kupe Muaneguba Division - South-West Region.
The services of this contract comprise notably:
To Equip some GS with desks .an.d,,office table in tombel council (Refer to bill of quantity).
The estimated cost after pleliminary studies thousand Five Million six hundred and fifty thousand (5 650 000) FCFA
The tender is open to duly legalized Cameroonian enterprises that fulfil the requirements of this invitation to tender.
Supplies which form the subject of this invitation to tender shall be financed by MINEDUB Public Investment Budget of the 2023 financial year, Budget Head No: 57 15 101 02 641944 524411 426.

The maximum period , provided for the execution of the works by the Authorizing Officer is fixed at: Three (03) month
Each bidder must include in his administrative documents, a bid bond issued by a first-rate banking establishment approved by the Ministry in charge of finance and whose list is found in document N°. 12 of the Tender File, of an amount of One hundred and thirteen thousand CFA francs for each lot, if need be. It is set at 2 % of the estimated amount, all taxes inclusive of the contract in accordance with the Order in force, the Contracting Authority] and valid for thirty (30) days beyond the date of validity of bids.

The bids shall be opened in single phase.
The opening of the administrative documents and the technical and financial offers on
12/04/2023 at 11 o'clock by the tender board attached to the Tombel Council in the conference hall at the Tombel council.
Only bidders may attend or be duly represented by a person of their choice.
Any bid not meeting with the requirements of the tender file will be declared inadmissible. The eliminatory criteria are identified as follows:
+ Absence of bid bond.
+ False declaration or falsified document.
+ Non-compliance with major technical specifications of the supply ((to be listed);
+ Absence of administrative documents
+ False declaration or forged documents in the tender files
+ Absence of a Bid Bond or False Bid Bond.
+ Technical Marks less than 70%.
15. MAIN QUALIFICATION CRITERIA:

two (02) criteria out of seven (07) shall cause the elimination of the bid.
The contract shall be awarded to the bidder with the least financial offer having the technical and administrative files which are in conformity with the tender document/file.
Bidders shall be bound by their bids for a period of ninety (90) days with effect from the date of opening of bid.
