Within the framework of the 2023, Public Investment Budget the Mayor of Buea Council, Contracting Authority, hereby launches the Request for Quotation for The supply of materials to youths involve in income generating projects and some schools within the Buea Municipality

The supplies comprise notably: supply of equipment, handling, setting up and acceptance.

The bids shall be opened in a single (01) phase on 19/04/2023 at 10 AT local time by the Buea Council Tenders Board in the Buea Council
Chambers.
Only bidders may attend or be duly represented by a person with a written authorization and with a sound knowledge of the tender file.
The contract shall be awarded to the bidder with the least evaluated financial offer having the technical and administrative files which are in conformity with the tender document/file
Bidders will remain committed to their bids for Sixty (60) days from the deadline set for the submission of tenders.
