The file thereto relating can be consulted and received upon publication of this notice from the Secretariat of CAMDIAGNOSYIC at Ngoa-Ekele Yaounde at MINRESI P.O.Box 8013, Phone: (237) 699 91 85 39 against payment of a non-refundable sum of CFAF 25000 in Account No. 335 988 at any of the following 12 branches of the Banque Internationale du Cameroun pour l’Epargne et leCrédit(BICEC): Yaounde head office, Douala-Bonanjo, Buea, Ebolowa, Dschang, Ngaoundere, Maroua, Limbe, Bafoussam, Bamenda, Garoua, and Bertoua.

 The receipt of the payment of this amount for acquisition of Consultation File shall be a confirmation that the candidate is ready to bid.

 Upon collection of tender file, the bidder shall include a copy of his receipt of payment bearing his name, the project manager’s name and the number of the request for quotation

The bidder’s file shall be in seven (7) copies with an original and six (6) copies and should be submitted latest on 21 November 2016 at 2pm, at the Secretariat of CAMDIAGNOSTIX, in an anonymous envelope bearing the following statement:

 “Consultation notice no. 003/DC/IMPM/CIPM/2016 of 31 October 2016 for extension works of the production centre for HIV tests and diagnosis (CAMDIAGNOSTIC) laboratories phase v: realisation of renovation works for a positive cold room.

To be opened only during opening session”

 Bids should include amount without VAT and amount with VAT and accompanied with the filled and signed bid, established following the sample attached.

A submission caution of five hundred thousand francs (CFAF 500 000) issued by a bank or a financial body authorised by the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Cameroon is required from bidder, failure of which will lead to the rejection of his bid.

The bids shall be opened on 21 November 2016 at 3pm prompt by the internal contracts awards commission at IMPM,in the presence of bidders who wish to be present or their duly authorised representatives.
