The works that are subject of the present tender consist

Preliminary works & mobilisation;

Construction of Superstructures (catchment_., tank_., treatment unit);

-        Transportation and Distribution Network; Construction of stand taps (2)

-        Water analysis

-        Training of water management committee

The total estimated cost of each of the lots after preliminary studies is Twenty million (20,000,000 FCFA.)

Participation is opened to all duly registered Cameroonian enterprises with the necessary technical an( financial capacities who are not under suspension by the authority in charge of public contracts.

Works which formed the subject of this invitation to tender shall be financed by the SOUTH WES' REGIONAL ASSEMBLY INVESTMENT BUDGET, 2023 financial year through budget hew (imputation) N^°. 220150.

The file may be consulted during working hours at the cabinet of the President of Regional Executive Council, first floor of Regional Assembly Building, Buea, Service Tel: 233 32 61 86 as soon as this notice is published.

The file may be obtained from the same address above as soon as this notice is published against payment of the sum of 25,000 (Twenty-five thousand) francs CFA, payable at the South West Regional Assembly Treasury.

03 MONTHS.

Each bidder must include in his/her administrative documents, a bid bond that respects the models of this tender file, issued by a first-rate financial establishment and other financial institutions approved by the Ministry in charge of finance, (see list in document No. 11 of this tender file), and of an amount of Four hundred thousand (400,000) FCFA, and valid for thirty (30) days beyond the date of validity of bids.

"To be opened only during the Bids Opening Session"

The bids shall be opened in a single phase, The administrative, technical and financial bids shall be opened on, the 11/05/2023 at 11.00 a.m., local time by the South West Regional Assembly Internal Tender's Board in the conference hall of the Regional Assembly, in the presence of the bidders or duly authorized representatives having full knowledge of the file (power of attorney).

• Eliminatory criteria

They are especially:

¨       Absence of bid bond,

¨       False declaration or forged document,

¨       A technical score of less than 70%,

¨       Absence of quantified unit price,

ii.          Essential criteria

• General Presentation, compliance with the model bid.
• Methodological approach and relevance of proposed solutions; References of the bidder (experience of at least three (03) years in similar works)(attach proof)
• Availability of material and essential equipment
• Experience of key supervisory staff (at least a Senior Electrical Engineering Technician or Rural Engineer or equivalence with three (03) years of experience)
• Average Annual Turnover for the past two (02) years of at least Ten Million (10.000.000 FCFA) seen on the balance sheets,
• Financial capacity, Access to credit or other financial sources of Twelve Million (12.000.000 FCF
• Deadline of execution.

The jobbing order shall be awarded to the bidder whose bid is in comformity the dispositions of the tender file and on the basis of the lowest article 99(a) of the public contracts code.
