MINDFUL OF: the Circular No 001/CAB/ PR of 19 June 2012 relating to  the award and Control of execution of Public contracts;

CONSIDERING: the Invitation to Tender No 15/ONIT/DDMINMAP/BUI/BDTB/2016 of 22nd  August 2016 for the construction of gravity water supply and irrigation system in Shumas Biofarm at Bamdzeng Village Bui Division

Article 1: That the jobbing order for the construction of gravity water supply and irrigation system in Shumas Biofarm at Bamdzeng Village Bui Division funded by the 2016 Public Investment Budget (PIB), with Budget Head No 5094709071100002209337, following the Invitation to Tender mentioned above bas been awarded to WIRKOM FIDELIS ENTERPRISE, P.O BOX 128 Kumbo, Tel: 677 622 330, for the sum of Twenty Seven Million, Nine Hundred and Eighty Nine Thousand and One (27,989,001) francs CFA Tax inclusive within the period of three (03) months.

Article 2: This Decision shall be registered and published whenever need be.
