Within the framework of the 2017 Public Investment Budget, the Divisional Delegate of Public Contracts Fako on behalf of the Divisional Delegate of Transport Fako, hereby launches an Open National Invitation to Tender by Emergency Procedure for the rehabilitation of the Sub Divisional Office for Idenau in Fako Division.
The works comprise the outcome of the Kern Mary studies carried out and the detailed information provided for in the technical specifications.
The estimated cost after preliminary studies is 25 000 000 F CFA.
Participation is open to duly legalized Cameroonian enterprises that fulfill the requiremcnts of ans invitation to tender.
Services which form the subject of this invitation to tender shall be funded by the Public Investment Budget of the 2017 financial year as follows:

Any document poorly drawn-up, not bound as per Article 24 of the Public Contracts Code or not produced in Seven (7) copies site be rejected.
The maximum deadline provided for by the Project Owner for the execution of the works forming subject of this invitation to tender is three (03) months.
Eaçh bidder must include in his administrative documents, a bid bond issued by a first-rate banking establishment approved by the Ministry in charge of finance and whose list is found in document N° 12 of the Tender File, °l'an amount of 500 000 F CFA and valid for thirty (30) days beyond the date of validity.
administrative authorities (Senior Divisional Officers, Divisional Officers, etc.) of the documents required must imperatively be produced in accordance with the Special Conditions of the Invitation to tender. They must not be older than three (03) months.
Any bid not in conformity with the prescriptions of this notice and tender file shah be declared inadmissible. Especially the absence of a bid bond issued by an approved bank by the Ministry in charge of Finance or the non-respect of the models of the Tender File documents shah lead to outright rejection of the bid without appeal.
The bids shah be opened in a single (01) phase on the 30/03/2017 at 11.00 am local time by the Fako Divisional Tenders Board in the Conference Hall of the Divisional Delegation of Public Contracts Fako, located at the Finance Building. Only bidders may attend or their duly accredited representatives with Power of Attorney.

NB: the marking scale for bids by award of points is banned in favor of the binary method (Yes or No).
The Contract shah be awarded to the contractor fulfilling the best technical and financial conditions.
Bidders will remain committed to their bids for ninety (90) days from the deadline set for the submission of tenders.
