The cost forecast of this provision is of 94 941 041 CFA Tl.

The works are divided into a single batch.

The maximum period provided by the employer for the purpose of this tender work. is six (06) months from the
date of notification of the order of service to start the services,

On pain of dismissal, each bidder must join its administrative documents, abid bond issued by aBank of first order or
an insurance approved by the Ministry of finance and as listed in Exhibit 12 the DAO of an amount equal to 1800 000
(One million eight hundred thousand) CFA francs, valid fornitty (90) days, beyond the date limit ofvalidity ofoffers.)

On pain of dismissal, the required administrative documents must be produced in original or certified copies by the
originating service or acompétent authorlty, according to the stipulations of the régulation particulariy of the call
tender.
They must obtigatorily date of less than three (03) months prior to the original date of submission of tenders or have
been established subséquent to the date of signature of the notice of the call for tender.
Any offer incomplète in accordance with the requirements in the case of tender will be declared inadmissible, including the
absence of the bid bond issued by afiist-class Bank or an insurance company approved by the changed Ministry of
finance andas listed in Exhibit 12ofthe DAO.

The opening of the bids will be in time. The opening of administrative documents, the technical and
financiai offers will be the 05/05/2023 to 1PM hours' local time by the Internai Tender Board in the
meeting room of the ZINA Council.

14 Evaluation criteria
a.Playoff criteria
Playoff criteria set out the minimum requirements to be admitted to the évaluation according to the essential criteria.

Criteria for the qualification of candidates will be for guidance on:

Mayor of the Commune of ZINA award will award the contract to the tenderer fulfilling the conditions set
out in points 34.1 and 34.2 of the supplemenlary régulations of the tender.

Bidders stay engaged by their offer for ninety (90) days from the date of deadline for the submission of the
