Within the framework of implementing the activities related to 2023 Public Investment Budget and onward allocated to NGUTI Council, the mayor of NGUTI council hereby launches an Open National Invitation to Tender for the SUPPLY OF A BULLDOZER TO NGUTI COUNCIL.
The-Services related to this contract shall comprise the Tender for the Supply of a BULLDOZER to NGUTI council as described in the technical specifications given below.
The.estimated cost of this tender. is FCFA 300,000,000 (Three hundred million) (one hundred million for the financial year 2023).
The supplies that are subject of this tender shall he in a single lot.

The contract shall be awarded to the bidder whose administrative bid shall be up-to-date, technical bid judged satisfactory and who shall be the lowest financial bidder.
Bidders shall be bound by their bids for a period of 90 (ninety) days effective from the date of opening of bids.
