The works comprise the outcome of the preliminary studies carried out and the detailed information provided in the technical specifications.

The estimated cost after prelliminarystudies is 5 000 000 FRS.

Services which form the subject of this invitation^-to tender shall be funded by the Public  investment Budget the 2023 financial year budgetary head:

Each bid drafted in English or French in even (07) copies including the original and six (06) copies marked as such, should reach the secretariat of the Mayor of Nguti Council not later than 06/06/2023 at 10am °aril and should carry the inscription:

The maximum deadline provided by the project owner or delegated contracting authority for the execution of the works forming the subject of this invitation to tender is three (03) months.

Each bidder roust include in his administrative documents a bid bond issued by a first rate banking establishment approved by the ministry in charge of finance and whose list is found in document N°.12 of the tender file of an amount of 400.000CFAF and valid for thirty(30) days beyond the date of validity of  bids

Under pain of being rejected only originals or certified true copies from the issuing service or administrative authorities(senior divisional officers , divisional officers; etc) of the documents required must imperatively be produced in accordance with the special conditions of invitation to tender. They must not be older than three(03)months. Any bid not in conformity with the prescriptions of this notice and tender file shall be declared inadmissible;. Especially the absence of a bid bond issued by an approved bank by the ministry in charge of finanace. The non respect of the models of the tender file documents shall lead to outright rejection of the bid without appeal

The bids shall be opened in a single (04) phase on the 06/06/2023 at 11 am local time by the Tenders Board of the Contracting Authority in the Conference Hall of Nguti Council. Only bidders may attend or their d^-aly accredited representatives with Power of Attorney.
