The Mayor of the municipality of DATCHEKA launches an open national call for tenders for the construction of a fence with gatehouse and the landscaping of the town hall of DATCHEKA

The services covered by this Call for Tenders include:

-               Preparatory work,

-               Earthworks and foundations,

-               Masonry and elevations,

-               Metalwork

-               Painting works

-               VRD works and landscaping

-               Construction of the sentry box

The estimated cost of the operation after the preliminary studies is:

The participation to this invitation to tender is open to all legally recognized Cameroonian enterprises specialized in construction works. The participation of grouping companies is allowed provided that the leader is appointed and the specific responsibilities of each member of the group are clearly define.

The works subject of this Call for Tenders are financed by FEICOM, financial year 2023.

The Call for Tenders file can be consulted during working hours at the municipality of DATCHEKA as soon as the notice of Call for Tenders is published.

The Call for Tenders Dossier may be obtained from the Municipality of DATCHEKA upon publication of this Notice of Call for Tenders, against payment of a non-refundable sum of one hundred and twenty thousand (120,000) CFA francs, payable to the DATCHEKA Municipal Recipe

Each offer written in French or in English, in seven (07) copies including one (01) original and six (06) copies marked as such, must reach the municipality of DATCHEKA no later than 01/06/2023 at 13 hours 00, mentions:

The maximum deadline provided for the completion of the works concerned by this invitation to tender is: 

Each bidder must include in his administrative documents, a bid bond issued by a first rate bank or financial organism approved by the Minister of Finance featuring on the list in document 12 of the present Tender File, valid for thirty (30) days beyond the original date of validity of tenders, and of an amount of:

Under penalty of rejection, the required documents from the administrative file must be produced in originals or in copies certified true by the issuing department or the competent administrative authority, in accordance with the stipulations of the Special Rules of the Call for Tenders. They must date from less than three (03) months or have been established after the date of signature of the invitation to tender.Any offer that is incomplete or does not comply with the requirements of the Call for Tenders File will be declared inadmissible. In particular, the absence of a bid bond issued by a bank or a financial institution approved by the Ministry in charge of finance.

The opening of bids will take place in the meeting room of the town hall of DATCHEKA, on 01/06/2023 at 14 hours, local time, by the Internal Tenders Commission of the said Commune.

Eliminatory criteria

-  Absence of the bid bond,

-  Absence or non-compliance of another administrative document not completed or regularized within forty-eight (48) hours,

-  Absence of a quantified unit price,

-  Absence of proof of acceptance of the market conditions (CCAP and CCTP initialed on each page and signed on the last page),

-  Non-validation of at least 70% of "YES" to the analysis of technical offers,

-  False declarations,

-  Presence of falsified, scanned or false documents in the submissionfile.

The contract will be awarded to the tenderer whose tender has been declared administratively responsive, technically qualified in accordance with the essential criteria above, and whose financial proposal has been evaluated with the lowest price.

Tenderers remain committed to their tenders for ninety (90) days from the deadline set for the submission of tenders.
