Works constitute a two (02) lots

Participation in this tender is open to national companies specializing in the sole of computer equipment and office furnitures.

The works that constitute the subject of the present call for tenders shall be financed by the Cameroon Civil Aviation Authority's budget 2017 fiscal year.

The Tender File may be obtained from the Cameroon Civil Aviation Authority (CCAA) Public Contracts Service, located at the Yaoundé 101 Air force Base, Telephone: 222 30 30 90 upon publication of this Tender Notice against the presentation of a receipt attesting the payment of a non-refundable sum of one hundred thousand (100 000) CFA Francs in Account No. 33598860001 94 (CAS-PCRB) in all BICEC branches.

Each offer drafted in French or English in seven (07) copies including the original and six (06) copies labelled as such, should reach the head office of the Cameroon Civil Aviation Authority (CCAA), General Directorate, Technical Department, Public Contracts Service, located at the Yaoundé 101 Air force Base, not later thon 04 AVRIL 2017  at 1:00 pm and shah be lobelled as follows:

"OPEN NATIONAL CALL FOR TENDERS

No. 003/ONCT/CCAA/ITC/2017 OF  0 3 MAR 2017

FOR THE SUPPLY OF OFFICE FURNITURE (Emergency procedure)

To be opened only during the bid-opening session"

The maximum deadline envisagea by the contracting authority for the realisation of works shall be forty five (45) days.

Each bidder must attach to his administrative documents, a bid bond issued by a first class bank approved by the Ministry in charge of Finance and listed in Exhibit 12 of the tender, worth:

», LOT 1 : three millions (3 000 000) CFA francs ;

LOT 2 : seven hundred thousand (700 000) CFA francs ;

And shah be valid for thirty (30) days as from the deadline of the validity of bids.

Linder pain of being rejected, the other administrative documents required shall be produced in original copies or certified true copies by the issuing service in compliance with the Special requirements of the Call for Tenders. They shah be less than three (03) months old or they shah have been established after the date of signing of the Tender Notice.

Any tender that shah net comply with the prescriptions of this Tender Notice and of the Tender File shah not be accepted. The absence of a laid bond issued by a first rate bank approved by the Ministry in charge of Finance or the non-compliance of the Tender File model documents shall lead to the rejection of the tender.

The bids shall be opened in a single (01) phase.

The opening of administrative documents, technical and financial bids shah take

place on 04 AVRIL 2017 at 2:00 pm, by the CCAA's Infernal Tenders
Commission: at the conference hall of the head office of the said institution, located at the Yaoundé 101 Air Force Base.

Only bidders may take part in the tender opening session or they may be duly represented by a person of their choice with a good knowledge of the tender file.

14.2. Essential criteria essentiels

1. General Presentation of the offer ;
2. Conformity of the equipment with the technical specifications of the call for tenders ;
3. Absence of the mention "furnishing" or "cabinet making" on the franchise tax or any other legal document
4. References in the realization of the similar services
5. Guarantee period for 6 months ;
6. Maximal Delivery deadline of forty five (45) days.
