The General Manager of Crédit Foncier du Cameroun, Contracting Authority, hereby launches a national invitation to tender for the rehabilitation works on the waterproofness of the Crédit Foncier Head Office building in Yaounde.

The services that form the purpose of this call for tenders are the rehabilitation works on the waterproofness at the terrace roof top (8^th floor), terrace of the 2^nd floor and the casing of the buried parts in basement 2.

Those works are summed up as follows:

-       Demolition of hard protection and built decorations ;

-       Removal of waterproofness complex;

-       Repairs on cracks in basement 2 ;

-       Application of new waterproofness complex ;

-       Building of new protection;

-       Masonry works.

Participation to this call for tenders is opened on equal terms to legally recognised Cameroonian companies specialised in building’s waterproofness works.

The services object to this opened National Invitation to tender are financed by the Investment budget of Crédit Foncier du Cameroon, 2017 budgetary year. The budget line is "Fixtures".

The provisional budget is 90 (ninety) million.

OPEN NATIONAL INVITATION TO TENDER N° 01/ONIT/CIPM/CFC/2017 OF 15 MARS 2017 FOR THE REHABILITATION WORKS ON THE WATERPROOFNESS OF THE CREDIT FONCIER HEAD OFFICE BUILDING IN YAOUNDE

"TO BE OPENED ONLY AT THE BID OPENING SESSION"

The timeframe is six (06) months including stockpiling from the date of notification of the service order to start work.

Each bidder must include in his required administrative documents, a bid bond in the amount of one million five hundred thousand (1500 000) CFA francs issued by a 1st class bank approved by the Ministry in charge of Finance.

This deposit will be valid for one hundred and twenty (120) days from the date of submission of tenders.

The bond shall be automatically released after publication of the results fort those whose bids will not be successful and after the production of the guarantee bid by the winner.

Subject to rejection, the required administrative documents, the bid bond, must imperatively be produced in originals or copies certified by the competent authority of the concerned administrations. They must inevitably be dated less than three (03) months.

Any non-compliant offer to the requirements of the tender file shall be declared inadmissible.

The opening of bids will be done in a while, the same day as the filing deadline: 21 AVRIL 2017, at 2:00 PM prompt, by the Internal Commission of Market Contracting of the CréditFoncier du Cameroun, sitting in the meeting room, on the 5th floor of the building headquarters of CFC, Room 502.

Only bidders or their duly authorized representatives and with full knowledge of the offer may attend the opening session

PREPARATORY MEETING AND SITE VISIT

Ten (10) days after the launching of the present tender, a meeting shall hold in the premises of CFC bringing together all those who have acquired the tender in order to appreciate the extend of the works and carry out a site visit.
