The time limit is set at six (06) months from the date of notification of the service order to start work.

Subject to rejection, each bidder must attach to his administrative documents, a bid bond of three million (3 000,000) CFA francs issued by a first class bank approved by the Ministry of Finance and listed in the Exhibit 11 of the tender file, with a term of one hundred twenty (120) days from the date of submission.

It will be released automatically after publication of the allocation results for tenderers who have not been selected. For the bidder awarded the contract, this guarantee will be released after constitution of the final guarantee.

Any non-compliant tender documents providing the minimal requirements will be declared inadmissible.

The opening of bids will be done in one shot, the same day as the filing deadline: 21 AVRIL. 2017 at 2:00 PM prompt, by the Internal Procurement Board of Crédit Foncier du Cameroun sitting in the meeting room on the 5^th floor of the building headquarters of CFC door 502.Only bidders or their authorized representatives and with full knowledge of the offer may attend the bid opening session.

14. PREPARATORY MEETING AND SITE VISIT

Ten (10) days after the launching of the present tender, a meeting shall hold in the premises of CFC bringing together all those who have acquired the tender in order to appreciate the extend of the works and carry out a site visit.
