The supply is in a single lotas indicated below.

Participation tothis consultation is open to small and Medium Size Enterprises that are in compliance withthefiscal laws.

This project shall be financed by the 2020 Public Investment Budget of the Ministry of Decentralization and local development budget heads as indicated on the table above

The bids shall be evoluated according to the main criteria as follows:
A. Eliminatory criteria
1. -Deadline for delivery higher than prescribed;
2. -False declaration or falsified documents;
3. -Absence or insufficient bid bond;
4. -Omission ofaunit price in the financial bid;
5.-scorelessthan 4/5 of essentialcriteria
6. Absence or non-conformity of an administrative document
B. Essential criteria
1- General presentation of the tender files;
2- Financial capacity;
3- References of the company in similar achievements;
4- Catalogue of equipment in colour including specifications and references ;

5- Draft jobbing odder duly filled initialed inall pages signed and dated on the last page.

This evaluation will be done ina purely positive way (yes) or negative (no) withan acceptable minimum of 4/5 of the essential criteria taken in account.
The contract will be awarded to the bidder who would have proposed the offer with the lowest amount( total without taxes), in conformity with the regulations of the Tender Documents and having satisfied to 100% ofthe eliminatory criteria and at least 4/5of the essential criteria.

The bidder is bound by his bid for o period of sixty (60) days with effect from the deadline fixed for the submission of the bids.
