Bids will be opened onthe 5th February 2020 at 11:00 AMin the Ndop Council Hall, by the Ndop Council Internal Tender's Board, in the presence of the bidders or their mandated representatives withfull knowledge ofthefilesif they so desire.
The bids will be evaluated exclusively of value added tax (EVAT) and all taxes inclusive (ATI) and accompanied by a signed model submission.
