The maximum execution deadline provided by the Project Owner for the execution of the works of this tender shall be 90 calendar days, as from the date of notification of the service order to start the works

Each bidder must include in his administrative documents, a bid bond issued by a first order-bank approved by the Ministry of Finance featuring on the list in documents n° 12 of the tender file of an amours of 200 000 Francs CFA valid for ninety (90) deys beyond.
Under threat of rejection, the administrative documents required, must be produced in originels or certifie.; true copies by the issuing service or an administrative authority (Senior Divisional Officer, Divisional Officer_ ) in accordante with the Special Conditions of the invitation to tender.

• Declare in his Technical file that the Bidder by honor is not among the enterprise or group of enterprise that have abandon projects for the past Three (03) years and who have not been on the list of suspended enterprises by Ministry of Public Contracts.
• Works engineer who dos not requite qualification ;

g) The use of freudulent, scanned or non-conform documents (Exposes Urder the dispositions of point II of the Circuler N°002/CAPPM of 31 January 2011 relative to the amelioration of perfermerce of the system publics contracts).
h) Absence of quantity price
i) Modification of e bill of quantity :

The Mayor of Nkongsamba 3 Council, Contracting Authority, will oword the Contract to the Bidder technicaly  qualified ond evaluated lowest Bidder (not abnormally low) after verification and correction of the prices uni ty and jud3e substantially in conform to the Tender File Documents.

Bidders will remain committed to the offers during ninety (90) deys, from the deadline set for the submission of tenders.
