The maximum exccution deadline provided for by the Project Owner for the execution of the works of this tender shah be sixty (60) days, as from the date of notification of the service order to start the works.

Each bidder must include in his administrative documents, a bid bond issued by a first rate-bank approved by the Ministry in charge of Finance featuring on the list in document 12 of the tender, file of en amount of one million (1 000 000) F CFA everyone, Mid for ninety (90) days beyond.
Under threat of rejection, the administrative documents required, must be produced in originels or true copies certif ied by the issuing service or an administrative outhority (Senior Divisional Officer, Divisional Officer...) in accordante with the Special Conditions of the invitation to tender.

• Availability of material and essentiel equipment
• Authorisation of manufacturer
• After-sales service
• Availability of spore parts
• Any of Those criteria shall cause the elimination of the of fer.

The Mayor of Nkongsamba 3 council, Contracting Authority, will award the Controct to the Bidder technically qualified and evaluated lowest Bidder (not abnormally low) after verification and correction of the prices unity and judge substantially in conform fo the Tender File Documents.

Bidders will remain committed to the of fers during ninety (90) days, from the deadline set for the submission of tenders.
