Within the framework of 2020 Public Investment Budget, the Lord Mayor of Bamenda II Council, the Contracting Authority hereby launches a Request for Quotation for the supply of Medical APPARATUS to some Integrated Health Centres in Bamenda II Council Area Mezam Division of the North West Region.

The supplies are divided into two (02 lots as follows:
Lot 1; NTINGKAG DISTRICT HOSPITAL IN BAMENDA II SUB -DIVISION

Lot 2: CHOMBA INTEGRATED HEALTH CENTRE IN BAMENDA II SUB -DIVISION Bidders are open tender for the two lots but will be awarded only one lot

Participation to this consultation is opened to Cameroon Small and Medium Size Enterprises that are in compliance with the laws of the land

This project shall be financed by the Ministry of Public Health 2020 Public Investment Budget with budget head numbers as follows.

LOT 1: NTINGKAG DISTRICT HOSPITAL 40-531 -07-641 606-2272-227202-2004

LOT 2: CHOMBA INTEGRATED HEALTH CENTRE 40-531 -07-641606-2272-227202-2004

The Consultation File could be consulted in the Department of Technical Service of the Bamenda II Council Office after the publication of this of this consultation.

The file may be consulted and obtained in the CDO's Office of the Bamenda II Council Office with effect from the date of signature of this Tender Notice upon presentation of a receipt attesting to the payment of a non-refundable fee of 25.000FCFA (twenty five thousand Francs CFA) into Bamenda II Council Treasury, representing the cost of purchasing the Quotation File.

Complete bidders' files, Including all administrative documents, must be deposited in seven (07) copies including one (01) original file and six (06) copies on the 17/02/2020 at 10:00 AM latest  time in sealed envelopes. In the Technical Service of the Bamenda II Council bearing the inscription:

The dead line of execution is Sixty (60) days from the date of notification of this Jobbing Order to begin.

Each bidder must Include in his administrative documents, a bid bond issued by a first-rate banking establishment approved by the Ministry in charge of Finance and whose list is found in this
Consultation File, of on amount of 160 000 CFA (One Hundred and Sixty thousand Francs) CPA per tof and valid for thirty (30) days beyond the date of validity of bids.

Bids will be opened on the 31/01/2020 at 11:00 AM in the conference hall of the Bamenda II Council, by the Bamenda II Council Internal Tenders Board, to the presence of the bidders or their mandated representatives with full knowledge of the files if they so desired.
The bids will be evaluated exclusively of value added tax (EVAT) and all taxes inclusive (ATI) and accompanied by a signed model submission.
