The Vice-Chancellor of the University of Buea hereby launches Open National Invitation to Tender No.007/UONIT/TB/UB/23 of 05/06/2023 for the Supply of a Bus to the Faculty of Science at the University of Buea

2.Consistance des prestations New(Additif)

The services of this supply comprise purchasing, transportation, delivery and reception of the bus at the University of Buea main campus

3.Cout Prévisionnel New(Additif)

The estimated cost after preliminary studies is 67,500,000 (sixty-seven million five hundred thousand) FCFA

4.Allotissement New(Additif)

The supply is not in Lots

5.Participation et origine New(Additif)

Participation in this invitation to tender is open to all Cameroon based qualified registered enterprises that must have proven exRertise in the domain of supply of vehicles.

6.Financement New(Additif)

Supplies which constitute the subject of this Invitation to Tender shall be financed by the 2023 budget of the University of Buea, Programme 117, Article 117041, Paragraph 2225

Tender documents can be consulted during working hours at the Development Office, Room 211, Central Administration Building of the University of Bea, P.O. Box 63, Buea, as soon as this notice is published.

8.Acquisition du Dossier New(Additif)

The file may be obtained from the Development Office, Room 211, Central Administration Building of the University of Buea, P.O. Box 63, Buea, as soon as this notice is published and upon presentation of a receipt of payment of the sum of 60,000 (sixty thousand) CFA francs, at the special ARMP account No. 97568660001-28 at BICEC.

9.Remises des offres New(Additif)

Each bid drafted in English or French in seven (7) copies including the original and six (6) copies marked as such, should reach the Development Office of the University of Buea, in Room 211 of the Central Administration Building not later than 12.00a.m. on

27/07/2023. The bids should be addressed to The Vice-Chancellor, University of Buea, P.O. Box 63, Buea. The khaki brown envelope containing the bids should be marked on the top right hand corner,

10.Delai de Livraison New(Additif)

The maximum deadline provided by the Project Owner or Delegated Contracting Authority for the delivery of this supply is 04 (four) months.

11.Cautionnement Provisoire New(Additif)

Each bidder must include in his administrative documents, a bid bond of 1,350,000 (one million three hundred and fifty thousand) FCFA issued by a first-rate banking establishment approved by the Ministry of Finance and valid for thirty (30) days beyond the date of validity of bids. (See Document 12 of Tender file) as follows:

13.Ouverture des Plis New(Additif)

The bids shall be opened in a single phase. The opening of administrative, technical and financial bids will be on 27/07/2023 at 01:00 p.m local time by the University of Buea Tenders Board in the Board Room of the Central Administration Building.

Only bidders may attend or be represented by a duly mandated person.

14.Critères d'évaluation New(Additif)

- Absence of a bid bond - Falsified documents;

- Obtaining a technical score of less than 27 yeses out of 38;

Absence of a prospectus accompanied by the technical sheets from the manufacturer;

15.Attribution New(Additif)

Bidders will remain committed to their offers for 90 days from the deadline set for the submission of bids.
