11.Forged documents :
12. Presentation of the certificate of origin of equipment;
13. Presentation of leaflets specifying the characteristics of the product to be supplied ;
14. Presentation of an approval certificate of the equipment proposed in the bid and issued by the Administration in charge of Health in Cameroon.

9. Presentation of at two a certificate of approval of metrology issued by a national or international body or authority ;
10. Presentation of an approval certificate of the equipment proposed in the bid and issued by the Administration in charge of Health in Cameroon.
11. The rest shall remain unchanged.
