The provisional costs of the services/works involved in these supplies are:
Lot 1: Seventy One million (71,000,000) fcfa ALL TAXES INCLUSIVE
Lot 2: Seventy three million (73,000,000) fcfa ALL TAXES INCLUSIVE
THE PROJECT IS DIVIDED IN TWO LOTS AS FOLLOWS:

Lot 2: THE SUPPLY OF TWO (02) 4WD PICKUP VEHICLES
Participation in this Invitation to tender is opened to National companies/suppliers that fulfill the required criteria specified in the bidding document and have the competence and experience of not less than 10 years in the same or similar supplies.

The execution deadline provided for by the Contracting Authority shall be Three (3) Months from the date of notification to start delivery for each lot
Each bidder must include in his Administrative Documents, a bid bond issued by a first rate-bank approved by the Ministry in charge of Finance featuring on the list in document 12 of the tender file of an amount of; Lot 1: One million four hundred and twenty thousand (1,420,000) fcfa and Lot 2: One million four hundred and sixty thousand (1,460,000) fcfa valid for thirty (30) days beyond the validity of the bids.
Under pain of being rejected, only originals or certified true copies by the issuing service and official or administrative authorities (Senior Divisional Officers, Divisional Officers, Bank Officials, and Taxation Officials etc.) of the administrative documents required, including the bid bond, must imperatively be produced in accordance with the Special Conditions of the invitation to tender.They must obligatorily not be older than three (3) months or must not be produced after the submission of the bids.Any bid not in conformity with the prescriptions of this notice and tender file shall be declared inadmissible. Especially the absence of a bid bond issued by a first-rate bank approved by the Ministry in charge of Finance or the non-respect of the models of the tender file documents shall lead to a pure and simple rejection of the bid without any appeal being entertained.
The opening of the administrative documents, technical and financial bids are scheduledon the 10 Octobre 2023 at 11: 00 am prompt local time by the Internal Tenders Board of MIDENO in the MIDENO Conference Room at the Project management Office.Only bidders may attend or duly represented by a person of their choice.

Evaluation shall be done using the binary method. The supplier shall be selected by the Least Cost selection method after evaluating the technical capacity (Bidder must fulfill 100% of the eliminatory criteria and must score at least 80 out of the 100 points previewed for the technical evaluation) and financial capacity of the bidder and that the supply he/she is proposing is in conformity with the technical specifications of the supply in the Tender document and in accordance with the procedures described in this tender file
Bidders will remain committed to their bids for thirty (30) daysfrom the deadline set for the submission of tenders.
