Within the framework of the 2017 Public Investment Budget, the Divisional Delegate of Public Contracts Fako, on behalf of the Minister of Secondary Education, hereby launches an Open National Invitation to Tender by Emergency Procedure FOR THE SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF EQUIPMENT AT THE TOURISM FACILITY AND INTERPRETATION CENTRE IN BIMBIA — LIMBE In SUB-DIVISION —FAKO DIVISION.
The works comprise the outcome of the preliminary studies carried out and the detailed information provided in the technical specifications.
The estimated cost alter preliminary studies is 35 000 000F (Thirty Pive million Franc CFA).
Participation is open to duly legalized Cameroonian enterprises that fulfiil the requirements of this invitation to tender.

The maximum period provided for the execution of the work is three (03) months.
Eàch bidder must include in his administrative documents, a bid bond issued by a first-rate banking establishment approved by the Ministry in charge of finance and whose list is found in document N° 12 of the Tender.File, of an amount of 700 000 F CFA and valid for thirty (30) days beyond the date of validity. In case a bidder is awarded the contract, the bid bond will be released on presentation of the final bond.
At the risk of being rejected, only originals or certified truc copies from the issuing service or administrative authorities (Senior Divisional Officers, Divisional Officers, etc.) of the documents required must imperatively be produced in accordance with the special conditions of the Invitation to tender. They must not be older than tinte (03) months to the date of submission of bids or to the publication of tender notice.
Any bid not in conformity with the prescriptions of this notice and tender file shah be declared inadmissible. Especially the absence of a bid bond issued by an approved bank by the Ministry in charge of Finance or the non-respect of the modds of the Tender File documents shah lead to outright rejection of the bid without appeal.
The bids shall be opened in a single (01) phase on the 14/04/2017 at 11.00 am local time by the Fako Divisional Tenders Board in the Conference Hall of the Divisional Delegation of Public Contracts Fako Located at the Finance Building. The Contract shall be awarded to the lowest bidder fulfilling the best technical and financial conditions.
Bidders will remain committed to their bids for ninety (90) days from the deadline set for the submission of tenders.
