As part of the transfer pf certain resources to the Decentralized Territorial Communities (CTD), Municipalityof Ndop has benefitted through the Ministry of Transport, from funding from Road Fund for the 2024financial year for a road prevention and safety project relating to the sensitization program of motorbike riders in the Municipalityof Ndop.

In order to establish a list of companies that will participate in the Restricted National Call for Tenders ( RNCT) for the execution of the said project, the Mayor of the Municipality of Ndop launches a Notice of Call for expression of Interest under the following conditions:

The purpose of this Notice of Call for Expression of Interest ( NCEI) is to preselect the companies which will be admitted to tender for the execution of the road prevention project above and selected within the framework of the financing of the Road Fund for the 2024 financial year.

N.B: Only candidates who have totalled at the end of this evaluation, a mark at least equal to seventy ( 70) points out of one hundred ( 100) , will be retained.

Participation in this Call for Expression of Interest is opened to any company ( or group of companies) under Cameroonian law fulfilling the following criteria:

-          Have knowledge, expertise and experience in the field of prevention and road safety;

-          Have the technical, logistical and financial capacities to carry out such a mission.

   The companies which request expressed their interest in the pre-selection must for this purpose, submit a file presented in two envelopes in a single sealed anonymous envelope.

• The first envelope called “ envelope A”, will bear the words:

     “NOTICE OF CALL FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST NO.02/RNCT/NW/NK/ETC/2024 FOR THE SENSITIIZATION PROGRAM OF MOTORBIKE RIDERS IN NDOP”

ADMINISTRATIVE DOCUMENTS

The Administrative documents will include the following documents:

1. The stamped and signed declaration of intent to tender;
2. A copy of the bank domiciliation certificate;
3. A royalty- free certificate;
4. A copy of the taxpayer card;
5. A certificate of non-exclusion from public contracts issued by the Director General of the Public contracts Regulatory Agency dated less than three months;
6. A certificate signed by a competent official of the National Social Insurance Fund, certifying that the tenderer has met his obligation vis-a- vis the fund, dated less than three months.

The other envelope called “envelope B” will bear the words:

TECHNICAL OFFER

The technical offer will include:

1. The presentation of the company and the human resources of the company.
2. The qualification of the human resources that the company intends to use in the area of expertise required.
3. The justified resources for the performance of similar services.
4. The technical presentation of the project with the description of the operational diagram, the methodology and an estimate of the cost.
